Worcester Bosch 87161066850 Heat Exchanger (Plate) - A Secondary Plate Heat Exchanger can be found in the hydraulics section of the appliance and works in conjunction with the diverter valve. It allows heat generated by the main heat exchanger to be transferred across the plates of the secondary heat exchanger. The heat from this process is then transferred into the cold water within the system which is then sent to the the hot taps as hot water.
